Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the IPTV GO web player. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPTV GO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

2. Description of Service

IPTV GO provides a web-based interface that allows users to play digital media content (specifically IPTV streams) via user-provided M3U playlists or URLs. The service includes features such as channel listing, search, recording, and full-screen playback.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We also do not guarantee the quality or availability of any content played through the player, as we have no control over the source streams.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of IPTV GO, you are solely responsible for:

• Content Sourcing: You must ensure that you have the legal right to access and view any content you load into the player. IPTV GO does not verify the legality of user-provided content.
• Compliance with Laws: You must use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

A. Subscriptions and Payments

IPTV GO offers both a free version and a "Premium" version of the service.

• Premium Plans: Access to advanced features (such as Multi-Screen mode, Health Checker, and Advanced Filtering) requires a valid "Premium" subscription. Current pricing and plan details are listed on our Pricing Page.
• Billing: All payments are handled by secure external processors (e.g., PayPal). You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account.
• No Content Included: A Premium subscription is for software features only. IPTV GO does not sell, provide, or host any media content. You are purely paying for an enhanced software player experience.
• Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

B. Technical Requirements: You are responsible for providing the necessary hardware and internet connection to use the service.

C. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

IPTV GO Technology: The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IPTV GO and its licensors. Our technology is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User-Provided Content: We do not claim ownership of the content you play through our player. However, by using the player, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary permissions to use such content.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA): IPTV GO respects the intellectual property rights of others. Since we do not host any content, we cannot "remove" content from the internet. If you believe that your copyright is being infringed by a stream being played through our player, you must contact the original source provider of that stream. IPTV GO is merely a tool, similar to a web browser, and cannot be held liable for the content accessed by its users.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate IPTV GO, an IPTV GO employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which, as determined by us, may harm IPTV GO or users of the service or expose them to liability.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IPTV GO and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IPTV GO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or data, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

IPTV GO its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IPTV GO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
